CHICAGO, IL – Wine enthusiasts and connoisseurs are set to explore a world of flavors as the Ninth Annual Lincoln Park Wine Fest returns to Chicago from October 3rd to 5th, 2025. The beloved event will transform the picturesque Jonquil Park into a vibrant haven for all things wine, food, and music, offering a perfect autumnal celebration for the city.

A Global Voyage Through Viticulture

The heart of the Lincoln Park Wine Fest lies in its extensive wine tastings, featuring an impressive array of varietals sourced from vineyards across the globe. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample wines from renowned regions, including Rioja Alavesa Red from Spain, Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley, and Old Vines Primitivo di Manduria from Italy, among others. Renowned wineries such as Alta, Zialena, Bella Glos, and Safron Fields will also be featured, offering a taste of both familiar and exotic selections. The festival is thoughtfully curated, with sommeliers and brand ambassadors on hand to guide both novice sippers and seasoned wine aficionados through the diverse offerings, providing insights into tasting notes, regional characteristics, and pairing suggestions. Participants can enjoy these guided experiences within structured two-hour tasting sessions held throughout the weekend.

Culinary Delights and Artisan Offerings

Complementing the exceptional wine selection, the festival will host a bustling food and beverage market. Attendees can enjoy a variety of culinary creations from popular local vendors. This year’s lineup includes savory English pies from Pies of London, authentic Mexican cuisine from Taqueria Teotihuacan, and traditional Polish kurtos from Kurtos R us. Beyond the featured food trucks, a curated selection of wine-related craft and merchant vendors will also be present, offering unique artisanal products that complement the wine theme. These pavilions promise a rich sensory experience, allowing festival-goers to discover gourmet accompaniments and unique gifts.

Ambiance and Entertainment

Beyond the wine and food, the Lincoln Park Wine Fest promises a lively atmosphere with live music. A DJ will spin tunes throughout the event, creating a festive backdrop for guests as they mingle and savor the selections. The serene setting of Jonquil Park provides an ideal backdrop for a relaxed weekend, encouraging attendees to linger, socialize, and fully immerse themselves in the experience. This annual gathering has become a staple in Chicago’s fall event calendar, drawing residents and visitors alike to celebrate the season.

Planning Your Wine Festival Experience

The Ninth Annual Lincoln Park Wine Fest offers flexible ticketing options to suit every preference. General Admission tickets start at $30, providing access to the festival market and including twelve tasting tickets and a commemorative tasting glass. For those seeking an elevated experience, VIP packages begin at $67.50. VIP admission grants attendees an additional five specialty wine tastings, access to a private seating area and restrooms, an exclusive VIP entrance, and all the benefits of general admission. The festival operates on a session-based schedule to ensure a quality experience for all. Friday sessions run from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Saturday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with specific two-hour tasting slots available within these times.
