A Gold Coast Icon Returns: Carmine’s Reimagined

On the Gold Coast, a much-anticipated return is on the horizon as the iconic Gold Coast Italian restaurant Carmine’s is set to reopen this summer. This reopening follows a substantial multimillion-dollar renovation, indicating a significant investment in revitalizing the beloved establishment. The renovation promises a revitalized layout designed to enhance the guest experience. Key features of the reimagined Carmine’s will include new indoor and outdoor bars, offering more options for casual drinks and social gatherings. A highlight of the renovation is a new terrace overlooking Rush Street, providing prime outdoor seating and views of the vibrant streetscape.
